Oh, how I love it when life intersects.

First, a powerful movie shown at my church called Trade of Innocents. Then, the chance to meet Shayne Moore and learn about her new book, “Refuse to Do Nothing.” Next, a “Justice” bible study last spring. Then another powerful documentary, Nefarious.

This was followed by a sobering FullFill webinar last month with Shayne Moore again and her co-author, Kimberly McOwen Yim, on the subject of ordinary people fighting human trafficking.

Wow. Talk about life interrupted.

And yet in the midst of it, I wondered … what does this even mean? Do I have cancer? DID I have cancer? If so, am I a “cancer survivor” when I never even knew I had it, and now it was removed?

Five answers.

If only life were that simple, right?

In her book, What Happens When Women Say Yes to God, Lysa TerKeurst describes five questions that have helped her discern the will of God and hear His voice.  Five questions that cause us to ask, “Say what!?  Did I really hear God’s voice??”  Here they are: Continue Reading…
